My stay at Hotel Valley Ho was a mix of highs and lows. The beautifully designed rooms were spacious and modern, while the staff were generally friendly and engaging. However, I faced issues with the dining options, including limited menu choices and slow service. Overall, it was not the flawless experience I had hoped for, but there were certainly highlights that made it worthwhile.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with a modern touch while still retaining that vintage charm. I appreciated the nice bathroom and balcony, though I did notice it could get a bit dusty. Comfort was a definite plus, with the beds being particularly cozy.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which contributed positively to my overall experience. There were moments, however, where the service felt slow, particularly in the restaurant, which was disappointing.

The hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently close to downtown Scottsdale. I enjoyed the accessibility to various attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining

While I had some positive experiences with food, like a delicious breakfast, the limited menu and some under-cooked meals left me dissatisfied. The restaurant staff were generally nice, but I felt the offerings were somewhat pretentious and not suitable for all tastes.
Facilities

The outdoor spaces, including the pools, were inviting and the spa facilities were well-appointed. However, I encountered some issues with the service at the spa, as my appointment was canceled last minute due to staff absence.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Valley Ho, where the blend of retro charm and modern amenities made it nice. The two pools offered a lively atmosphere, especially the one with the DJ on a Sunday, which was so much fun! However, I did experience some minor annoyances, like the lack of an elevator to the second floor and the unexpected price gouging on certain amenities.

I stayed in a spacious King Studio featuring a unique soaking tub right in the middle of the room. It was beautifully decorated with 50's colors and had a private balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did wish housekeeping was more prompt with service.
Service

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I appreciated their thoughtful gestures, like bringing us water at the pool. However, I felt I received an overwhelming number of emails before my stay.

I enjoyed meals at the restaurant, especially the delicious breakfast served outdoors on the patio. Cafe ZuZu had an excellent menu, and the showstopper shakes were a highlight! Though I found some of the items a little pricey.

The hotel had two great pools, one perfect for a quieter experience and the other full of energy with music and a vibrant crowd. The spa services looked enticing too, although I didn't get a chance to experience them myself.
